The classic

The Finnish sauna - traditional sauna with intense heat

The Finnish sauna is the most original form of sauna and offers an intense heat experience with temperatures of 80 to 100 °C and humidity of 5 to 20 %. In comparison, our “Biosa” soft-climate sauna provides a gentler alternative with temperatures of 50 to 60 °C and humid air of 40 to 60 %.

The powerful sauna oven heats the cabin, while the natural wood of the walls stores the heat and radiates it pleasantly. In a classic infusion, the water evaporates on the hot stones and produces soothing steam, which causes the temperature to rise briefly.

For beginners or less experienced sauna-goers, we recommend a cautious approach: start with short sessions on the lower benches, especially for infusions. A complete sauna ritual with heat, cooling and rest phases can last up to two hours and thus unfolds its health-promoting effect.
