BIOSA®

BIOSA® sauna the gentle way

The temperatures in the bio sauna are too low for a classic infusion with an immediate increase in heat.

On the other hand, the longer duration of the heat is suitable for a variety of therapies. Therapies such as aroma, oxygen, light and sound therapy have a demonstrable physical effect on the human body.

The classic

Finnish sauna

Finnish sauna is the most traditional form of sauna. Temperatures are between 80 and 100 degrees, humidity between 5 and 20%. For comparison, our soft-climate sauna "Biosa" is in the range of 50 - 60°C with humidity between 40 and 60%. Because of the high temperatures, we recommend a gradual approach for beginners and less experienced sauna users: Initially, do not stay too long in the sauna (possibly only a few minutes) and tend to sit on the lower benches, especially during the heat-inducing infusion. An extensive and relaxed sauna bath including cooling down, rest breaks and repetitions can last up to 2 hours. Only in this way can you benefit maximally from the undisputed health-promoting effect of sauna bathing.
