When he and his wife moved into a detached house at the end of 2019, the installation of a sauna was a must. The Ovola sauna is almost like a piece of furniture, beautifully embedded in the living ambience and with atmospheric lighting, Patrick Fischer enthuses. For the professional hockey player, it was quickly clear that Küng was the ideal partner for the project.
Küng is one of the best in this field, and it was important for me to have a Swiss manufacturer as a partner. Above all, steam bathing at 60°, one of around ten programmes in his sauna, is particularly popular with Fischer - three to four times a week, at any time of year. "I wouldn't want to miss my wellness oasis any more, it's simply part of my everyday life. Others end the day with meditation, I end it with a steam bath."
"During my active career, the sauna has always been like a dessert after sport. It is beneficial for the body, it purifies, regenerates, stimulates the metabolism. Above all, the ritual brings peace to the mind and soul, one finds new strength,' says the former professional player.
When he and his wife moved into an independent house at the end of 2019, the installation of a sauna was therefore a must. The Ovola sauna is almost a piece of furniture, beautifully integrated into the living environment and with atmospheric lighting, says Patrick Fischer enthusiastically. It was immediately clear to the professional hockey player that Küng was the ideal partner for the project: "Küng is one of the best in this field and it was important for me to have a Swiss manufacturer as a partner. Especially the 60° steam bath, one of ten programmes in his sauna, appeals to Fischer: three or four times a week, at any time of the year. "I wouldn't want to give up my wellness oasis any more, it is simply part of my daily life". Others end the day with a meditation, I end it with a steam bath".
