A glass cube that packs a punch
Everything in flow
Elegantly, the sauna by Küng now nestles between the shower, washbasin and lavabo of the bathroom open to the bedroom. In keeping with the room's generous window front and mirrored wall, the sauna's profiled over-corner glazing causes all areas to flow smoothly into one another. Even the polar pine wood of the sauna benches and back wall panelling was picked up again in the design and now adorns the fronts of the vanity.
A glass cube that packs a punch
To further enhance the relaxation performance of the small sauna, it is equipped with several technical refinements. These include touchscreen control, as well as integrated speakers with Bluetooth connection and atmospheric light spots. Thus, at the end of the day, the builder now often no longer knows whether he should rather enjoy the view out of the window from his bed or into his wellness bath...
Materials
The custom-made sauna cube consists of profile-free glass fronts and starry polar pine. Traditional sauna wood was used to horizontally panel the benches, ceiling and one back wall of the sauna. The other wall of the sauna as well as the floor are covered with anthracite-colored stoneware tiles, which were also used in the rest of the bathroom. Thus, here the interior and exterior areas merge smoothly.
